Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cardscraftsstickers.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
